About Us

Our Florida adventure started back in January 2021 when we came to Cape Coral for a family reunion. It didn’t take long—we fell in love with the area right away. What was supposed to be a five-year retirement plan quickly became a “why wait?” plan. Just two weeks after heading back north, we bought our Cape Coral home and made the move to Florida.

Bryan launched a GRC consulting firm in 2015, and Debbie spent twelve years serving in an international ministry. Both of us have always loved helping people reach their goals, and when we saw how much of a difference we could make in others’ lives, we knew we wanted to use those same skills here in our new community.

Outside of work, music has always been a big part of our

lives. Bryan’s a guitarist who now plays at our church,

and Debbie’s been on the piano since she was five,

inspired by her family’s musical background. Fitness is

another priority for us we live by the motto “use it or lose it,”

so exercise is part of our daily routine.

Bryan also brings years of hands-on home management experience,

including the renovation of three homes—one of them a Victorian in

Liberty, MO that he restored over 18 years. That gave him a sharp eye

for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to properly care

for both older and newer homes. On top of that, we’ve managed Airbnb

properties in Colorado and here in Cape Coral, which taught us a lot

about maintaining homes for others..

Our interest in Home Watch started naturally—we’d been keeping an eye on the homes of our snowbird friends for years. Now, we’re excited to offer that same peace of mind to others in our community.
